St Luke\u2019s Women\n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Formerly Evangelical Lutheran Women, the women of the church have continued in this capacity as their own entity as St Luke\u2019s Women. In this responsibility, we maintain the church kitchen and conduct church, funeral and lenten meals, as required. We have continued to support Lutheran World Relief, Fellowship of the Least Coin, TV Ministry and our Prayer Shawl Ministry.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Additionally, we collect items for our Mitten Tree, Currency for Kids, Canadian Food for Children (including pneumonia vests), the Canadian Legion and the Leprosy Mission; plus we support battery recycling.<\/p>

Check our bulletin board for a full list of items we collect.\u00a0 Briefly:\u00a0 yarn, pop can tabs, used batteries, foreign currency, used postage stamps.\u00a0 Eye glasses, clothing, kitchen items, medical supplies, school supplies, toys, tools, towels, linens, bedding, shoes, hygiene items and winter hats & mitts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
